Emerald Beadwork in the Mosaic Salon
Published · Updated
Tiny pale tiles cover the walls and domed ceiling of this luminous salon, building floral patterns around tall arched doors. A bronze lantern hangs overhead, its warm light balanced by the bright autumn garden outside. The green marble floor carries soft reflections of the windows and the room’s intricate decoration, giving the compact space an expansive, almost jewel-like depth.
Beside an open door, an emerald gown introduces a richer shade of green. Branching beadwork runs across the long sleeves and bodice before scattering down the generous skirt and trailing hem. The fabric catches small points of daylight while retaining its deep, saturated colour. Long chestnut hair and a quiet sideways glance keep the fashion moment relaxed within the architecture. Copper leaves outside add warmth to the jade, cream and bronze palette. This photograph brings together eveningwear, detailed surface decoration and the glow of an autumn interior, with plenty to discover beyond the first view.
