Freeze dance laughter spreads across a sunny garden deck. The youngest girl tries to hold a bent-knee pose while glancing toward her friend. The middle girl keeps one palm raised, but her smile suggests that staying still is becoming difficult. Beside them, the older girl reaches toward a small speaker and watches their reactions with amusement.

Garden disco balls hang at different heights from the timber beams overhead. Their small mirrored squares catch daylight and reflect the surrounding greenery. Coral dahlias, orange roses and pink flowers fill grounded tubs around the open dance space, while a table and chairs sit farther back. Clear floor between the arrangements gives the game room to unfold.

A silver sequin swing dress sparkles over a white long-sleeved top and lavender tights. The star print dress beside it brings small rainbow colors to a dark background, with teal tights continuing the cheerful palette. A coral cardigan and lilac pleated skirt distinguish the older girl at the speaker. Warm light crosses the worn deck boards and ties the clothing, flowers and suspended decorations into one shared afternoon.
