The carousel glows inside an enclosed courtyard after dark, its warm bulbs tracing the scalloped canopy and slender poles. Cream horses with red and teal saddles wait around the still platform. Their worn painted surfaces and the red railing give the fairground an older, intimate character.

Gold bat shapes catch the light on translucent fabric draped between the trees, while smaller paper garlands add a playful Halloween detail. Fallen leaves gather in shallow puddles across the cobblestones, breaking the reflections into small bright fragments. Brick walls, branches and an indigo sky surround the ride, making the illuminated courtyard feel tucked away from the larger town.
