A foam rocket climbs into the blue sky above a father and daughter on an autumn lawn. The empty air launcher stands beside them, connected by a long blue hose to the red pad under the girl's shoe. Both look upward with open smiles, following the small pale rocket and its blue fins. The simple toy gives the whole scene a clear direction.

Her blue sweatshirt carries a small cream cloud, with mustard trousers and dark shoes completing the outfit. Her father wears a navy and rust checked shirt, dark jeans and brown shoes. He bends slightly at the knees, sharing her anticipation as the rocket rises. Their relaxed hands and uneven stances preserve the feeling of an activity caught in progress.

Golden trees surround the open grass, and fallen leaves collect near the edges of the park. Quiet houses and front porches appear through the trunks in the background. Warm light reaches both faces and the tops of the leaves, while the tall stretch of sky leaves room for the flight. The broad view connects the family's small launch with a familiar neighborhood afternoon.
