A gold botanical tattoo appears on an offered forearm beneath a striped cabana. One woman lifts a damp piece of backing paper while her friend watches the small rose design catch the light. Their attention stays on the reveal, turning a simple temporary decoration into a shared poolside amusement.

The two friends wear different floral summer dresses. Small blue motifs brighten yellow cotton, while a bolder blue, white and yellow pattern follows the other dress. Their seated postures remain relaxed in separate cane chairs. One hand supports the offered wrist as another holds the paper clear, and a small table keeps the water and cloth nearby.

Mustard and cream canvas forms a shaded room around them, with tied side panels and fringe softening the edges. Beyond the cabana, turquoise water, pale walls and palms create a sunny terrace setting. The full view includes chairs, shoes and warm paving below. Its cheerful color comes from everyday fabrics and reflected summer light, while the women’s smiles give the scene its easy warmth.
