Fine gold lines trace enormous flowers across the curved teal wall of this tall salon. Open petals, slender stems and pointed leaves spread upward toward the glazed skylight, leaving the deep wall colour visible inside each form. Their scale turns the whole room into part of the mural. The painted surface has a soft, uneven texture, and the fine lines remain delicate even where the flowers rise far above the furniture. Bare branches are visible through the glass overhead.

A round walnut table holds a plain ceramic bowl, two closed books and a small arrangement of flowers. A woven oval rug sits beneath it, surrounded by warm herringbone flooring. At the left, a pale upholstered sofa and a leafy vase stand beside an arched window, while a shaded floor lamp casts a gentle pool of amber light across the mural. Cool daylight from the skylight balances that warmer glow. The empty room gives the completed decoration space to be seen, with the gold flowers carrying the composition from floor level to the high cream cornice.
