Green Glass Grapes in the Harvest Pavilion
Published · Updated
Green glass grape chandeliers hang beneath the timber ceiling of an open stone pavilion. Their rounded glass pieces gather into long tapering clusters, with warm lamps shining between the translucent green forms. Broad copper-coloured leaves spread above each bunch, their raised veins catching the evening light. Dark curling stems connect the chandeliers to the roof beams.
The nearest cluster fills the upper foreground, while a row of smaller lights recedes through the pavilion. Autumn vines climb the pale stone columns and soften the edges of the open arches. Beyond the balustrade, vineyard rows cross the hillside beneath scattered cypress trees, with a low band of mist resting in the valley.
The sun sits near the horizon, casting a golden edge across distant hills and soft shadows over the textured floor. Glass fruit, metal leaves and living vines echo one another without hiding the open view, creating a richly detailed harvest setting for a vertical wallpaper or a decorative lighting feature.
