A Halloween ferry becomes part of the costume adventure as two children laugh beside its deck rail. The girl's cupcake costume combines a pink pleated wrapper, padded frosting and colourful sprinkles, finished with a cherry hairpiece. Beside her, a cardboard robot points toward the boats with one ordinary hand extending beyond its shiny sleeve.

Paper stars and pumpkin lanterns hang beneath the ferry roof, while harbor lights ripple across the dark water. The boy's small robot cap leaves his whole face visible, and the girl's boots and opaque tights complete the playful outfit. A bench, mesh panels and painted railings establish the deck around them, with decorated boats and houses filling the scene beyond.
