Pool volleyball brings two friends together in a bright garden pool. One white ball hangs above a red-edged net as both women raise their hands and follow its path. Leaf print swimwear adds small patterns to their dark long sleeves, and the blue water gathers ripples around their waists. Their smiles make the exchange feel easy and unhurried.

Striped parasols shade the terrace behind them. White walls, palms and broad upright leaves create a sheltered setting around the pool, with simple cushioned chairs near the water. The net stays taut between curved posts on wide weighted bases, keeping the game equipment separate from the swimmers. Its fine white grid crosses the scene without hiding the farther player's face.

Sunlight makes moving lines across the pool floor and softens the view of legs beneath the surface. Small reflections travel over the patterned shirts near the waterline. The wide composition includes the planted edges and paved deck, giving the game a complete outdoor setting. A single gentle lob connects the two sides of the net and holds their shared attention for a brief summer moment.
