Skeleton garden tea gives three costumed props a place around a richly arranged table. A plum top hat, an ivory flower fascinator and a floppy mustard hat distinguish the guests, with striped cups held near their articulated hands. The Halloween tea display fills the space between them with a pumpkin-shaped teapot and small treats.

Ghost meringues, bat-shaped biscuits, dark flowers and pumpkins sit above rumpled velvet cloth. Wooden chairs and visible plastic joints keep the costumed skeleton props recognizable as decorations. Beyond the table, roses and ivy climb the brick wall around an open garden gate. Warm lanterns against cool evening light make the empty gathering feel both inviting and strange.
