Stained Glass Staircase in a Castle
Published · Updated
A stained glass staircase opens beneath an enormous floral glass ceiling, with twin stone stairs curving toward the upper gallery. Cobalt leaves and amber details spread through the roof like the parts of a kaleidoscope. Below them, iron railings and pale columns give the rich glasswork a clear architectural frame.
Colored floor reflections cross a circular stone pattern and climb the edges of the steps. Trailing green plants soften the walls, while a small library doorway remains visible between the two flights. The composition shows both the height of the hall and the intimate room beyond, letting the eye move from the brilliant ceiling toward a quieter destination.
