An underground salt lake holds the dark reflection of immense banded cavern walls. A curved timber walkway follows the near edge of the water, its simple rails and small warm lamps leading toward a low dock. Two wooden boats wait beside the platform, reduced to tiny shapes against the height of the rock.

Pale and charcoal layers bend across the rough wall surfaces, with deep shadows filling the folds between them. The high view includes the supported path, black water and a rough ledge in the foreground. Reflections soften the mineral patterns below the dock. The modest scale of the woodwork and boats makes the cavern feel especially large without filling it with buildings or crowds.
