Fog spills over the coastal ridge
Published · Updated
Fog spills over the coastal ridge in soft white sheets that descend toward the bay. Gaps in the moving bank reveal dark rocky slopes and small patches of scrub beneath. The upper edges catch warm dawn light, while lower wisps fade into the cooler blue shade near the water.
A distant headland curves around the open bay and continues toward the pale horizon. The high viewpoint lets the fog cross several layers of land without hiding their different heights. Rough foreground plants and stones remain sharply visible beside the softer vapor, giving the broad atmospheric scene a tangible edge and a strong sense of coastal depth.
