Halloween Silhouettes in Townhouse Windows
Published · Updated
Six upstairs windows bring a quiet row of brick townhouses to life after dark. Black silhouettes stand against orange light: a cat beneath a moon, a scattered flock of bats, a crooked house, a tree with a swing, a peeking ghost and an owl on a branch. Each window holds its own small scene, creating a sequence along the upper floor.
Below them, lamps and curtains give the ground-floor rooms a warm lived-in glow. Pumpkins sit near the stoops, with carved faces shining close to the pavement. Iron railings divide the short entrances, and leaves collect along the kerb. A large street tree stretches across the blue night sky, its branches carrying only a few remaining leaves.
The angled view follows the row of houses into the distance. Dark brick and deep outdoor shadows make the paper decorations easy to read, while the changing light in the windows keeps the street feeling natural. The scene suits Halloween decorating features and autumn neighbourhood stories.
