Painted footprints lead across a paper runway laid over the dark tiles of a garden patio. A father and daughter hold hands for balance as they make a fresh trail, leaving larger blue and green shapes beside smaller coral and violet impressions. Their bare feet and open stances belong to an ordinary game with washable paint.

The child's yellow dress carries a small blue sailboat pattern, echoing the cool stripes of her father's shirt. Leaf shadows cross the broad white strip, while paint trays remain at the beginning of the path. The elevated view includes both full figures and the uneven marks behind them, making the shared movement and difference in scale easy to follow.
