Red marsh plants surround the tidal channels
Published · Updated
Red marsh plants cover broad low islands between branching tidal channels. Dense crimson and rust-colored banks curve around the blue-gray water, broken by smaller patches of olive and yellow vegetation. Dark exposed mud traces the uneven margins and reveals narrow grooves where the channels draw together.
The elevated view follows one broad waterway through the middle before it divides into finer branches farther away. Small pools sit within the thick planting, reflecting a cooler light than the surrounding leaves. With no buildings or roads in view, the wetland pattern fills the whole frame, balancing the close texture of the red growth against the smooth winding surface of the water.
