Sheep shearing in the morning wool shed
Published · Updated
Sheep shearing opens a pale fleece across the dark boards of a long timber shed. The worker bends beside the seated animal, using hand shears at the edge of the wool while his other hand steadies the fleece. Thick curls spread around their feet, creating a soft contrast with the worn floor and practical work clothes.
Morning light enters through the side windows and follows the repeated timber pens toward the far door. Two other sheep wait behind a gate, with simple tools hanging along the wall. The high view includes both the careful task and the scale of the building, keeping the worker's hands, the calm animal and the surrounding farm architecture connected.
