Skeleton Jazz Band on Autumn Porch Steps
Published · Updated
Four skeleton musicians occupy the porch of a pale blue house, surrounded by pumpkins and pots of autumn flowers. A brass saxophone rises at one side, while a wooden double bass stands in the centre. A drummer sits behind the bass drum, and a singer in a straw hat leans toward a chrome microphone. Red waistcoats and black bow ties bring the display together.
The white porch trim curls above the band, with small round bulbs strung along the rail. Warm afternoon light catches the instruments and the orange leaves of a large tree beside the house. Painted steps show scuffs and weathering, and fallen leaves gather along their edges. The low view from the path makes the musicians appear ready to welcome visitors.
This cheerful Halloween scene combines music with familiar autumn decorations. Pumpkins in several shapes and colours line the stairs, leaving a clear route through the middle. It suits seasonal invitations, decoration features and pages celebrating playful front porch displays.
